Solar observing before sunset at our Summer meetings at the Hub

Our monthly meetings are free for everyone, we’re a volunteer group, soon to be a registered charity, that relies on donations to cover our overheads. These include paying an annual licence fee to the Royal Parks charity to rent the Hub terrace for each meeting, a Public Liability insurance premium and website hosting costs among other things. A member of the Unofficial Force would be happy to discuss our ongoing expenses.

By donating you can help to secure our tenure at the Hub in Regent’s Park, so our events can continue bringing Londoners together to share the Universe from an outstanding central location. We’d like to stress that donating to BSIA is entirely voluntary, and you’re under no obligation to pay anything to be a fully fledged Irregular astronomer!
